I hold a Bsc Hons in Genetics from the University of Nottingham in the UK, one of the top 10 universities in the UK, and an MSc in Management and Entrepreneurship (1st Class Honours) from Cranfield University, one of the best business schools in the world. My MSc thesis, entitled: "The strategic paradox: Can entrepreneurial leaders build ambidextrous organizations?" examined the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and organizational ambidexterity, i.e the organizations’ ability to exploit their current competencies while being adaptable to changes in its business environment. The thesis was based on primary data generated by administering online surveys to a leading logistics organization in Oman. The data was analyzed using SPSS whereby the results showed a positive relationship between the variables of interest.
Experience
During high school, I had a keen interest in science, and I have completed the IGCSE, and AS levels in all three science subjects. My interest in science, and biology, in particular, lead me to do a BSc (Hons) in Genetics from the University of Nottingham in the UK, one of the top 10 universities in the UK. I worked for a diagnostic genetics lab following my graduation for about 2 years, after which I have decided to build upon my interest in business and management. I currently hold an MSc in Management and Entrepreneurship (first-class honors) from Cranfield School of Management, one of the top business schools in the world, and continue to work in the business field. I drive great satisfaction from passing my knowledge and sharing it with other people through tutoring.
