I have tutored over 15 clients in subjects such as Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, SAT Math, and Physics. All of this adds up to over 150 hours of tutoring experience. Despite have a strong mathematical and physics background, it is my communication skills that give me the edge in tutoring since no matter how smart you are, if your communication skills are weak, it will be very difficult for the student to comprehend what you know ! I have an SAT math score of 700, scores of over 85 percent in my English courses and essays, and 90 percent in my college Calculus courses. I am looking to become a part-time tutor in order to keep my mind refreshed on those topics in particular. I also speak both Arabic and English. I was part of the mentors' group at my University. This allowed me to develop my skills in terms of introducing people to new things.
Experience
I graduated from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering in 2016. My GPA was 3.3/4. I graduated from the International Programs School in Saudi Arabia in 2011 with a GPA of 3.93/4. I earned awards in sportsmanship and leadership while I was attending the International Programs School.
